Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Billing issue

Address: #126/b, 3rd cross7thmain,80 feet road, Bangalore-560043 Bangalore

This month we have got a bill for 137000 litres of water consumed, whereas our consumption doesnt cross even 20,[protected] litres. The reason being we have a Bore-well which is also registered and we draw water from the Bore-well every alternate days and once in a week, we use Cauvery water which has been stored in our Sump. We went to register our complaint the person there said the billing is correct and am suppose to pay there is no leakage, We have checked the water level and it was noticed that there was no leakage.In view of the above, it is requested that necessary directions may please be issued to the concerned Engineer to change the Meter or check what to be done to regularise the Billing.with due respect we have also changed the meter in 2015, please check and address this complaint on urgent basis
