Consumer name - gowramma, #30 4th cross venkateshwara layout.

We are not getting any water from bwssb and even the consumption shown in the bill also is 1000 liters, but in our bill there is a charge of sc for borewell - rs. 3000/- and other charges 4625/- and month on month the total bill is coming is 9300/- and we are paying regularly.
Please look into it for such high billing, we are running a pg and not able to bear this expense and its a question of our survival, so please look in to this.

In the month of December I got a bill of 50000 water construction in the month of January I got a bill of 30000 water consumption in my building only 5 peoples are staying and I don't know how this bill is come
