I had cancelled my ECS mandate more than 3 years ago and had been paying my bills regularly, in the online payment mode. In the last 3-4 months however, your portal does not permit payment stating 'Payment received for the billing period; the irony is it shows the date of payment this month as 27 Jan 2022 and today's date is 17 Jan 2022.
Kindly record the ECS as cancelled in your system - the necessary letter was submitted to your Malleswaram office long back, under acknowledgement. I am a senior citizen and cannot risk going to outside offices billing counters due to the prevailing Covid Pandemic. Please help.
