Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Borewell charges but there is no borewell connection

Sir I am Ratna resident of ITI layout. Borewell charges applied in water bill as there is no borewell connection in my house.every month rs 1000 is charged extra in the bill.
I have complained about for nearly 3 times in the office.but still the concerned person is not action against my complaint.
I request the concerned authority to deal with this issue and do the needful.
