Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — BWSSB complaint portal doesn't work

Have been trying to file a complaint against an issue i am facing with BWSSB broken pipe causing water leakage. The portal doesn't allow for submition of complaint stating field doesn't satisfy the requirement when it is correct. I believe this is done to lessen the number of complaints recieved if none at all.
