Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — bwssb water bill shot up! changed automatically multi-house to partial

Change of partialand water meter to domestic
Rr no - s529454/s50 consumer id - 46678 previously it was multi-housi and suddenly bwssb changed it to partialnd on their own, we do not have any offices here. This change was done by our water supply office on their own. We did offline complaint but no one is ready to provide the acknowledgment for the same. Every month because of change from multi-housi to partialnd, we're getting bill more of rs.700+ more. Who will compensate us back, from june'18, the bill has shooted up.
