Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — cauvery water mixed with sewage

From past 1 month, cauvery water is mixed with drianage water, can you please check this. My address is no.1229, 17th main 1st stage 1st phase btm layout, bangalore-29. I have called the bwssb person who is incharge of that area and he knows it too. Inspite o raising serveral complaints this is still not resolved. Can higher authorities look into this. My mobile no.
