Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Change of Water meter and charging higher bill

Address: BMC R/North ward Borivali west

I reside in slum and the BMC has come and set up an AMR meter for testing which they did not remove afterwards and now we are facing the trouble of paying this huge amount of bills every month.

After filling so many complaint applications since 2016 still no one is taking any action to set up the correct private meter.

After visiting the BMC R/North ward office on Borivali they are asking for bribe of Rs.15000 to change the meter.

Is this what or Indian government is doing to solve the issues?
