Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — complaint against my september bill

Sir, usually our water bill amounts ₹ 100-200, but for the month of September 2018 it was ₹.1549, our RR number is S-426272.
Kindly look into the matter.As per the attachment we received the bill of ₹. 2053 for the month of September, and for Aug we received the bill of 1500 lumpsum but normally we were getting the bill not more than 200/month. Kindly check once, whether there is a technical issue in your meter because we are only three girls staying in a room and not wasting the water, so how the bill was so much for Aug-Sept. And also our water meter is connected with electricity meter, and if water bill is high then should impact our electricity bill also, but we received the normal electricity bill as usual.
Kindly look into the matter and help in rectifying and checking the bill, and you can go through the earlier bills. None of our bill was pending before Aug, as we clear up all the dues upto July.
