Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Complaint Letter for Shortage of Water Supply

Dear Sir,

A report to the district Chairman about an acute shortage of water in our area and suggest three possible solutions. Kindly refer to the subject cited above.

We are writing to inform you that we are residents of (No. G.83, 3rd main road Ramachandrapuram), (Banagalore) and have been facing acute shortage of drinking water for the last more than 7years.
In fact every member of the society is disturbed on account o[censored]navailability of water supply which is the basic need of every human being. (we have four independent houses in building we are not sufficient
of drinking water and we have bore in road but every 15days borewell is under repair from past 5months).
Everyone has to bring water from next street its almost 1/2 kilometers away from our colony.
Every altrenate day we are getting drinking water but only for 2hours every altrenate days. Previously, this problem was also getting into the notice of the town officer but no remedy was taken by him, so far.
town officer said that only 17000 liters for month can provided per colony. In our colony we have 4houses 170000 liters for the month its not sufficient, the town officer said we cant provided more than that.
but the same road and next road they are getting 12hours drinking water in the tap. assistant engineer/inspector said water line its different connection we cant do apart this.
It is further stated that we have a few suggestions to resolve the issue of water shortage in our area.
A separate bore should be made with the installation of a heavy motor.
Atleast 8hours drinking water per colony.
A new pipeline should be laid and proper water supply may be started in our area.

last two years none of the times i have complaint on bwssb call center number :22238888 but not resolving by assistance engineer/inspector the complaint ticket was getting closed.
4months past Bwssb inspector said a new pipeline laid started to your road but thereis no responses from assistant engineer/inspector.
Sir, we have suggestions but you have the authority to implement them and definitely can provide a better solution to our problems regarding the shortage of water in our area. We all request you earnestly to please resolve the aforementioned issue of water shortage at 3rd main road Ramachandrapuram and oblige all o[censored]s.

Your immediate action in this matter is required which would certainly be admired by every member of our society.
