Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Defect in water metre and water bill.

It has come to our notice that from past two months, there is an increase of 60-70% in the water bill. On an average the bill was 1200 to 1500 but it has increased may be due to the defect in water metre to 4500 to 4800.
Kindly check the metre and resolve.
