Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — domestic connection considered as partial non domestic

Bill for the month of october dated 02/11/2019 charged as non domestic without giving an opportunity. I fled objection on 16/11/2019 with the 2nd bwssb (North east), kumarapark west, banaglore under acknowledgement no. 1810. Despite of my several visits and requests nothing is done in this regard. I was man handled by the officer at bwssb and was treated very badly. I am of 65 years age. The concerned officer tried to beat me and pulled up by collar. He threatened me of dire consequences. I request you to kindly look into the matter. Since last 2 months, i have visited bwssb office for more than 15 times without any result. I am reserving my right to file a criminal and case for compensation for the mental harassment and loss of peace of mind.
