Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Drainage blockage

This complaint is regarding drainage blockage in our locality which is situated in the below address mentioned
No 79 idagunji nilaya 4 th main 3 rd byrappa block near jain temple thaygarajnagar bangalore-560070

We assumed the water is contaminated with sewage water, where water is havoing stinky smell with small particles of dust, unable to use for daily purpouse where many of them are using for drinking which has caused serious health issue
Complaint has been Raised to BWSSB ON on[protected] with complaint number[protected] but till now nobody has attempted to resolved
Sincere request for looking into this
