Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Drainage blocked in Tirumala Facing apartment

Respected sir/madam
I'm M Balaji Resident of Tirumala Facing apartment, Akshaya Nagar.
Sir, Because of yesterday rains the the main drainage line completely blocked, So our drainage water is not going into the main line and our drainage chambers are overflowing in our parking area. It's full of bad smell and bad water in our parking area.

I'm hereby by requesting you to please send your vehicle and clear the blockage in the main line, it's happened earlier also.
