Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — drainage issue

Hi,

Place : rampura lake, kalkere
Horamavu post

From past one month drainage water is flowing from other side and entering the rampura lake.
Looks like water is coming from some factory which has chemicals and flowing with full force.
Due to this road is completely spoiled and people are facing problem with this.
Could you please take immediate action.
