Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Drainage water from neighbour house - Health Issue

Dear Sir/Mam,

This is regarding Drainage water oozing to Our house from the Neighbor house from past 7 days, we have been complaining about this to them to fix asap but they are not taking this matter seriously. We have old people staying at home who have health issues, and due to this pungent smell they are not able to eat food and nauseating entire day.

Please need your help in this issue. Really Appreciate your help in this regard.
