Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — drainage water passing through main road smell not bearable

We are from 3rd main Jpnagar phase4 near Kalyani magnam teckk park
On this road drain water is passing and smells bad. This is near State bank of India. Kindly attend immediately and find permanent solution.
Storm water is flowing continuously and no body has attended though it is on the main road. Sometimes traffic gets jammed.
It is health hassared. We are down the stream and offected heavily.
Hope you will do the needful immediately.
