Dear Madam /Sir's,
I paid the BWSSB bill (Rs.5995/-) on September 21, 2022 through Kotak Bank Bill payment portal, but the amount was not credited to the account and again in the next bill the amount was shown as arrears. Again on December 8, 2022 I paid Rs.8, 644 through phone banking.
I requested the bank to credit Rs.5995 paid on September 21, 2022 but got the response (Please see the e-mail below) from bank that the amount has been settled at BWSSB account.
Kindly credit the proceed to my account E-162297 and oblige.
