We had arranged for electronic autopay billing for our water bills. The process has been working for BWSSB to automatically debit our bank account at SBI for water charges. But after June 2016 auto billing, we do not see any further debit charges. Received paper bill today that has billed us arrears of Rs. 1033 and also levied Interest on Arrears charge for Rs. 41! We have not stopped autopay from our end. Could you please arrange to resume autopay billing to established account and also refund Interest charges?
