Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Excel water bill due to a problem in the valve

I have sent an email to the following on June 29th :
[protected]@bwssb.org, [protected]@bwssb.org, [protected]@bwssb.org, [protected]@bwssb.org, [protected]@bwssb.org regarding excess water bill amount.

This excessive amount (about Rs 6500 per month) was generated due to a valve issue & the house owner has now installed a new valve.
After this, the bill amount is normal. So definitely we have not overused or wasted water by any chance during that month & hence we are not ready to pay the water bill which was generated due to a fault in the valve.

Generally the bill amount per month ranges from Rs 800 - Rs 1500 per month. Hence out of Rs 6500, we have paid Rs 1500. I have requested BWSSB to waive off this extra amount, but can still see this amount in the new bill S[protected]. We are also getting interest charged every month for this amount. This also needs to be waived off. You can check our bill history for the entire year.
