Respected Sir/Madam,
As i am the tenent in D/No. 1150, 18th Cross 1StStage, 3rdBlock, HBR Layout, RR No. E-149492/, Sub Division - E21,
On a 20*30 site, with a family of 4members, since from 2years, all thise while the billing was not morethan 1800/-, Now the current bill around 9, 000/-whic is way beyond our capacity and the usage, and i have complained the same to BWSSB office, they told me to put ball valve for overflow, which is not happened, requesting you to kindly look in to thise matter and sort out the issue as soon as possible..
