Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Excess charges in my bill every month

Hi,

I have been receiving an excess charge of Rs 250 every month as sanitary charges. I have been using only the Cauvery water throughout.
Kindly look into this and request you to waive off the charges atleast from the coming months.
