Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Excess charges levied to S.C For Borewell

Hi Sir,
My Sub-division comes under SW4, with RR No. S-205028. May i know the reason why a huge amount of 700 is levied every month as S.C For Borewell. I have read in few blogs saying that only Rs.100 will be charged as Sanitary charges for borewell. Please let me know why a huge amount is levied every month.
