Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Excess reading in my water meter

My RR No.N-301934.
I have on 16.09.2021 recd a bill for Rs.6866.00 which is not correct.
During Aug 2020, I had raised an objection with Mr Kanaka Kumar ([protected]) then AE of our area that the actual reading on the meter and the corresponding bill do not tally(bill & photo of the meter of 25.08.2020 were attached). Upon repeated messages he did visit my house and agreed to escalate the matter to your accounts Deptt and set right the same. But despite several pleas it was not set right. However the meter reader was recording the consumption of 1000 litres pm and was hitherto issuing bill for Rs.150.00 pm.
My bills were paid through ECS till Feb 2021 but the same is found to be not debited since March 2021.
Due to Corona attack we had temporarily shifted our house in Nov 2020 and we have returned last week. We are not using BWSSB water as we are having bore well supply as well. Moreover the house was kept locked for the past 10 months
Further ECS debits are not happening since March 2021 and bills of Rs.150 each from March to August i.e. Rs 900 is not shown as arrears.
Hence your billing system, meter, accounting, are all not correct. I am attaching the bills of last years and the photo of the meter reading as on 25.08.2020 for your kind persusal.
Kindly verify your recirds. All these years I was issued with bills for minimum only. I have never used 146000 litres i.e.5000 litres per day! My sump van hardly hold 6000 litres and you are supplying water twice a week only and during last month there were short supply in entire Sanhaynagar area.
Please give me an appointment to meet you to explain the factual figures. You nay also ask your meter reader who may confirm that the house was vacant during last 10 months.
