Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — excessive bill amount

This is state that my last month bill came to 2, 600. Which was unimaginable. But the person who generated bill said the tariff rates have changed. I paid the bill before due date. This month the bill amount is 3, 798. We are a family of four members two adults and two children, we have tenant who are three members two adult and one child. We are working class people so not there full day at home. I cannot imagine how over just two months our water consumption has crossed 75, 000 liters which is in power with business houses. I am residing in the current address which is located in banaswadi for last five years. And my bill has not exceed 1, 500 p. M. Kindly let me know how to proceed with this issue. My consumer number is e-123887 and my bill amount is 3798.
