Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Extra charges have been applied

Hi, we have received double the amount of bill that we usually get, the other charges shows 180 I don't know why ? I have paid the bills always before time and now we get this of extra 180 rupees in bills saying extra charges, please fix this soon.
