Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — extreme noise pollution due to 6 days of continuous borewell digging

Dear sir/madam,
There is continuous borewell digging in our area which has been operating since last friday. They start at 6 in the morning and continue till 9 in the night. We are badly affected by extreme noise hazards leading to headache and nausea. I am not able to study for my exams. Please help.

I have attached a vedio for reference. When he finishes lowering one casing and retrieves the bore, the noise is 10 times higher
