In continuation of my previous complaint, the present meter reading says that 89, 000l of water used in one month (March 2018). My immediate neighbour has a water consumption of 27, 000l per month. Faulty meter reading showing monthly consumption of 90, 000 l of water in the last 5 months. My repeated complaints to the concerned authorities and aee has fallen on deaf ears, providing me with no satisfactory solutions. I am asked to pay the bill of 13, 000/- which has accrued over three months, before rectifying the meter or sending for testing. Please rectify the issue and waive off the excessive faulty billing.
