Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Fraud in bwssb online application

My name is harish. I reside near to yelahanka maruthi nagar, Bengaluru-560064.

In our locality, we were informed to take Cauvery water connection by bwssb officials.

I logged into the bwssb web application.

I paid 100rs for the application and entered all the required details and submitted the application.

However after three days I see status of application as rejected with rejection reason "upload building photo with owner".
Actually I have uploaded the building and submitted the application.

Later again I paid 100rs and took new application and filled all the required details and cross verified whether I have upload the photo or not.

And I have taken screenshot before submitting the application.

After submitting the application, I noticed photo with building owner is removed.

Now this two application that I have submitted are in progress. Definitely they will reject with the same reason "upload building photo with owner"

This is not at all fair. If we don't take connection the bwssb people will come and cut the connection and sanitary connection as well.

We are in a intention to take the connection. But the application is behaving in a wrong way.
