Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — have issues with water reading

Hi, i have raised the same issues again and again but to respond from anyone till now. Sub division location e 3 & consumer no - e[protected].
They have several time bills have been raised the front to us. But till date, they raise bill saying gate locked. Also in the previous complain, i have raise saying that bill reading is 2800 and still my present meter reading says 2617. Kindly explain to me why is this? That means i have paid excess amount also from past 4 months we have water pressure issues too.

I have paid the examination fee on 27th September, but not able to print the application till date. i am getting the notification that please pay the fee. kindly look into the same and resolve the issue. application ID - AEC50018855
No water supply since 3 days @ seshadripuram 1st main road we pay bill @ kumarpark Bangalore 560020 kindly do the needful at the earliest.
