Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — High bill amount for water bill

Hi,
For the last one year the monthly water bill has been between Rs. 100/- to 150/- only. For the month of August we received a bill of Rs. 1491/-

RR number: E-304556

There is very minimal water consumption currently in that place.
Can you please check and let us know the reason for this bill amount.
