Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Illegal conversion of Partial non-domestic and hefty billing by BWSSB.

Subject : Illegal conversion of Partial non-domestic and hefty billing by BWSSB.

On dated 06-August-2020 I write to BWSSB AEE-East2-1 (Chana Basavaya) seeking Kaveri water is not used for my 3rd floor house construction with 1st and 2nd floor existing with RR.No. E-62160.
After 6 months of 3rd floor construction dated 9-Feb-2019, old water meter was replaced without notice and my RR.No E-62160 converted to non-domestic from existing domestic connection.
on dated 13-feb-2019 I again write letter to BWSSB AEE-e1 to convert back non-domestic to domestic as my 3rd floor construction is over.
they keep continue billing till today under Non-domestic to around Rs. 36000/- and now harassing me and my family during busy schedule with help of local workers and third parties to pay the hefty illegal bills.
I have given 5 different written letters (attached) and there is no replay and no correction is done yet by AEE-East2-1 ( Chana Basavaya)

On dated 19th-November -2020, BWSSB workers created big seen in front of my house and scolded me and my family and took Rs. 15000/- in the form of cheque from me with force.

All the above BWSSB AEE-e1 (Chana Basavaya) is doing because we did not meet his bride demand of Rs. 50, 000/-.

Please help/assist me to take legal action on him (Chana Basavaya) and his staff.
