Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — illegal usage of corporation drinking water

We have to pay for the consumption of water know but our house owner using the corporation water without paying bill through illegal connection from the past 10 years. Your people also knew that but monthly they are taking bribe from the owner. Even many times I informed them when they came to check the reading of the meter. After all this she is taking 600-700 per house as water charge without providing bill. So please save poor people from them find out the adress of the lady
