Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Illegally Sourcing water From Borewell to commercial use

A empty plot has been supplying water from its borewell to water tankers for commercial distribution. I believe this commercial utilization of a residential borewell is against the law. The land has conspicuously placed pipes for easy tanker filling. The owner of the land has been providing water to as many as 30-40 tankers every day also traffic jams because of water tankers. This is causing no water in nearby houses
