Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — I'm complaining about kaveri water being wasted in my locality

In my locality we receive kaveri water a few days in a week. One of my neighbours do not even have a ball-faucet setup to automatically stop the inflow of water when the underground tank is full. Excess water flows into the drainage. This has been happening for over 2 months. I have spoken to the owner regarding the same but no arrangements have been made. A lot of water is being wasted here. I really hope this puts an end to it.
