Se313463 - Prabhu N D Billing has always been in accurate for over last 5 years. They indicate fake meter reading and show very high consumption and charge exorbitant billing amount just because my senior citizen dad did not pay them any bribe. Inspite of repeated requests no change in their approach. Frustrated with this I asked them to disconnect the service (two years back) and since then paying 520 rupees per month (without getting single drop of water) assuming that in the future it would be adjusted if I re-instate the connection. Meanwhile they forcefully remove the meter without any intimation. Due to covid the entire property was not occupied till 20th July 2022. Now I get bill of Rs.2045 due on aug 16 (as arrears while there is no way because I pay on time the 520 rupees via paytm before due date (last one year). Repeated calls to the biller (who asked me to pay only the previous month charges (as some error has happened i.e. paytm payments not credited) while there is no option to pay partial bill amount online hence have not pad and raising complaint here. Request the management to initiate enquiry and refund any excess amount billed, correct the current month bill and adjust the same. Was this information helpful? |
