Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Incorrect Billing

Hi,

I would like to bring to your notice incorrect billing being done by a meter reader in Ward 24 HBR Layout Bengaluru - 43. In Oct'21, the meter reader recorded a much lower than actual meter reading showing a consumption of just 3k litres insead of the usual monthly consumption of around 20k ltrs. This resulted in more than double the usual water consumption of around 56K ltrs in the Nov'21 bill. Owing to the higher slabs being applied due to the higher consumption, the Nov'21 bill has come to nearly 3 times the amount at nearly Rs 1.7k. The concerned RR # is E-130856. Request you to please take action against the meter reader and issue the correct bills for Oct'21 and Nov'21.
