We had requested to cancel the BWSSB water connection at HBR sub division office and surrendered the water meter in Dec 2020, however BWSSB has not processed the cancellation request on their billing system until Oct 2022,
For which they have been billing for the service which they didn't provide and without issuing a physical bill.
Now post 3 years now they are issuing a bulk bill over Rs 10000 stating arears and AEE does not want listen to our complaint because he was not official in charge when initial cancellation request was made in DEC 2020. He has been harrasing us and states I have no other option and have pay bill
