Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Incorrect Consumer Name in bill from one year

My BWSSB RR number os S-409054. From last one year i am getting incorrect Name on bill printed. It is coming as K L Krishnamurthy instead of Shekar B C. I have visited local BWSSB offices in BTM layout and Kodichikkanahalli multiple times, but the officers there just keep saying that it will be corrected next month. They are just ignorant about the issue.
