Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — incorrect meter reading and high

Hi madam/sir,

Our consumption does not exceed more than 10000liters in a month but the meter reading shows that our consumption is 49000litres. We are getting a very high billing for the usage for the last 6months. Please recalibrate the meter asap. (Earliest). Our current billing is 1159. But our ideal billing amount is 500 rupees.

We have even observed that the meter runs even when there is no flow of water. We even make sure to switch of the valve when there is tank full of water.
