This is regarding the insufficient WATER SUPPLY IN OUR AREA,
Kindly find my details below,
Current Bill number - E[protected]
RR Number –E -142030
we don’t get sufficient WATER SUPPLY to OUR HOME, we are been getting insufficient water from last couple of years, I have raised multiple complaints, could get only FIND few as listed below,
1) 31st July BWSSB[protected]
2) 14th Aug 218 - BWSSB[protected]
3) 28 Aug 2018 - BWSSB[protected]
4) 04 March 2019 – 722001
But never received any resolution for the complaints raised,
I have contacted Mr. KARTHICK to the number [protected], and [protected] and even to the CHIARMAN[protected], As per the numbers provided by the help lines, but no responses,
And for the last complaint 722001, I spoke to Chenakeshawa to the number [protected] on 3rd March 2018, I spoke to him more than 3 times, still no resolution, Chenakeshawa told he will send someone to check, and asked my address, which I sent in the whatsapp, still no response. Kindly look into this issue as we are facing this INSUFFICIENT WATER SUPPLY FROM PAST 3YEARS,
THE water supply in our area is only on TUEDSAYS AND ON SATURDAYS, Which on Saturdays, The water is usaully SUPPLIED AT 03:00AM, where we find it very difficult to fetch for drinking,
Request the responsible higher authority to investigate and resolve the issue ASAP.
