Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Kaveri and CMC water not released since last few months

Hello Sir,
We stay in Manorayanapalya, Sultanpalya 6th B cross. Both Kaveri and CMC water man do not release water to tho cross. Kaveri water comes once or twice in a month whereas CMC waterman releases 30 minutes of water every alternate day where as other crosses in the area are getting sufficient water supply. Request you to look into this ASAP
