Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Manhole blocked and sewage water overflowing

Previously on 13th I have logged a complaint and on 14th I received a call from BWSSB person stating JCB is required to excavate the Man hole . since there was ayudha pooja all the vehicles have been parked for pooja and all the vehicles will be available on monday. So I don't understand how my complaint was set to resolved .
