Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Neighbor using motor pump to pull kaveri water.

Hi,

My neighbor is using motor pump to pull kaveri water. Due to which we don't get kaveri water to our house. When we confessed to them, they were like we have tenants, water is not sufficient to us, so we are using motor pump, i[censored] want you can also use.

Even I am citizen, even I pay tax. Can anyone look into issue. Below is the address of our neighbor
