Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Neighbour may not have done rainwater harvest for multistorey apartment and surrounding property

Neighbour may not have proper rainwater harvest facility. Have multiple floors and surrounding property, with excess rain water flooding drainage and BBMP drains have poor slope. All combined, water floods inside our home during rain. Please help resolve this.
