Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — New connection First Bill not received

Hi Sir/Madam

This is to bring to your attention as we haven't received our first bill on our new connection and it's more than 3 months now. I have already contacted BWSSB AE Mr Dastgir basha he informed us to contact DM office but no-one is picking up the call and when contacted customer care they are directing to AE again and our contractor is not responding please let us know what do in this situation
