Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — New water pipe with Kaveri water is leaking

For the first four months the new pipe from the water from outside to the house has been leaking non stop 24hours. it is a total waste of resources even though it does not reflect on our meter. Even on calling the person in charge multiple number of times, the problem has not been resolved please do something about it I want to raise a very strong complaint.
