Bwssb bills exponentially increased from past 2-3 months. Earlier i used to get 800 rs for 10-12k liters consumption. However, from past 2 months even though there was no water due to issue at 43rd cross hbr 5th block the bill reported consumption of 31000 liters and costing 1900+. Tried to call customer care to raise compliant there is no response. Please help me to

I would like to inform u about wrong bill generation and didn't clear old arrears which payment already made and cleared evrthing..bill RR number : SE401713/K1-109 ..METER READING DTE :6/12/18
AND THERE IS NO PROPER RESPONSE BY CUSTOMER CARE KORAMANGALA .

The main road drainage is blocked and hence our house drainage has no place for exit . I have complained to drainage authority on Saturday 8 the Dec but no response . It's very urgent..Suresh Chandra .pH. [protected].

The sewers on Maithri layout are blocked and over flowing. Despite requests no one from.BWssb is attending and doing the needful. The stench is unbearable and we also fear spread of mosquitos and diseases. The sewers especially at 1 and 2 main is over flowing. Request urgent assistance
