Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — No water connection but bill generated

I am Deepak R residing in no.105, Namruth nivasa, 6th cross, chitra layout, attur, bangalore - 560064. I had applied for water connection in novemeber/december 2021. I have paid an amount of rs 23379 towards connection charges under challan no - n-[protected] on 16/12/2021. I have not yet recieved water connection or meter. But i recieved a bill for an amount of rs 942 this month. Request you to resolve this issue.
