Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — no water supply

I reside in no.66, 4th cross, rajanna layout, rbi extension, byrasandra, jayanagar 3rd block, bangalore - 560011. It is been 6 months since we received adequate water supply. That is released late in the afternoon for only two hours. I have reached out to bwssb office several but the problem is still not resolved. I kindly request you to provide us night time supple with adequate amount.
